Join award winning musical theater composer and educator Brian Feinstein in a clebration of the creative process behind musical theater.
1 - 4 p.m. How Stories Become Songs: Workshop for Students, Grade 4 to 8. Participants will build an original song from scratch.See link in sidebar for registration details
7 p.m. Evening Concert Songs and Stories: The Mess and the Magic of Making Musicals. Features selections from Feinstein's musical theater work and his developing musical adaptation of The Bad News Bears, classics from the American Musical Songbook, and the premiere perfomance of the afternoon's original song. Guest artist Ava Briglia. Suggested donation $10.
